ProdPilot uses AI to reason across your artifacts: catching when a decision contradicts the strategy, surfacing the assumptions a document rests on, flagging what a change puts in doubt. It surfaces what needs your attention. It never decides for you.
The strategy and the decisions stay with you. That's the whole point.
The principles behind it
It reads your artifacts where they live — it never stores them. ProdPilot works on top of what you already have. Your documents stay in your systems, under your control. It's a reader and a reasoner, not a place your work goes to live.
It surfaces. You decide. The flags and connections are there to inform your judgment. What you do with them is always your call.
You can see why. When something gets flagged, you can see what changed, what it's connected to, and where the gap is. No black box.
It's honest about limits. AI isn't perfect, and a flag can come from a bad meeting note as easily as a real conflict. What you get is what was found — not a conclusion to take on faith. You judge every flag.
