We built ProdPilot because we lived that problem. Founded by product leaders who have managed portfolios, fielded hard questions from leadership, and watched institutional knowledge walk out the door with every departure.

We didn't build this to generate documents faster. We built it because the reasoning behind the work kept getting lost — and that loss was costing teams more than anyone was measuring.
